Best Western Sugarland Inn

I'm currently here for a 4 night stay and so far everything has been amazing! The room is very clean and very big. It's also very affordable for how nice this hotel is! This place is amazing and the breakfast is very good with a ton of different offerings. If your ever in the Sugarland area and you need a hotel I'd definitely check this hotel out! I'll definitely be back!

We stayed here for a week while my son attended a STEM course and had a great time. Upon check in, we were met with friendliness and felt welcomed. The room itself wasn't in the best of shape as far as cleanliness, but I let the front desk know in the morning and they absolutely made it right. We enjoyed a lot of time at the pool, which was nice and clean with some cool lighting at night. I utilized the gym a couple times as well, which left much to be desired as far as equipment and cleanliness, but I was still able to get my workouts done. Breakfast buffet was always on point with a great selection and delicious coffee. Wasn't well advertised and had to ask the front desk, but there is a single washer and dryer on the second floor for guest use. The location is wonderful and very quiet, easy to get to from the main roads and close proximity to the grocery store for any immediate needs. Property itself is well maintained and very safe, all the staff was friendly and pleasant; I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It was very clean and you could smell it when you walk in the front door, and your room. The rooms are fresh and the whole hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Rooms were super clean and beds are comfy. Breakfast was good. Lots of food and drinks to choose from.

Had a great stay here this past weekend. Room was clean, what we needed was readily available, and the breakfast was yummy with lots of options. Hotel is also located in a great area, close to shopping center and highway. Would stay here again!

This was a clean place to stay. Beds are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and they are attentive. The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. Good location and perfect for our business stay.

I am currently staying here for work, and they are very nice and kind to me. They’ve taken excellent care of me, and the rooms are very clean. When I first arrived, I was worried, but Shawn showed me a room and explained that they just remodeled it. I’m staying here for six months and could choose any hotel, but I will continue to stay at the Best Western Plus here in Sugar Land.

First impression was the lobby, which was clean, neat, and nicely decorated with cozy waiting areas. Complementary water and coffee available. They had a snack and medicine kiosk area which was a nice plus. Very sweet and welcoming staff! Room was immaculate. There’s a coffee machine, microwave, and nice sized mini fridge/freezer. Shockingly comfy and fluffy pillows that I’ve never seen at any hotel! Unfortunately, we missed breakfast both days so I have no input for that.. The best part of our experience was that I’d accidentally left my Pandora necklace and 5 minutes after we left, we received a phone call saying they found it along with some earrings I left near the sink! You don’t often find such a lovely and honest staff! We had a very nice stay here and highly recommend.
